“Since the age of four I have wanted to be an artist. Shortly after abandoning plans to become Robin Hood, I put down the bow & arrow and picked up a pencil and paintbrush.

As someone who moves around often, my Self-Portrait is an attempt a depicting a sense of inner quiet & reflection. I found it extremely difficult to scrutinize myself in the same way I would another person. I hope that I have achieved a sufficient compromise between harsh self-analysis and flattery – It’s a minefield!”
